Silent Auction Rules
- Your bidder number is located on the lower right of your name tag.
- Write your bidder number and bid on the bid sheet for the items you would like to purchase.
- All bids for the Silent Auction must be raised by the bid increment on the bid sheet or your bid will be removed.
- Check the expiration date on all certificates. Merchants may not honor the certificates after that date. Communities In Schools of North Texas cannot reimburse you for certificates that have expired.
- No exchanges can be made by merchants unless the certificate or item specifies that a choice is available.
- A portion of the proceeds for all Marc Samuels Jewelry items benefit CISNT
- When the announcement is made for the silent auction to be closed, no more bids are allowed.
- Checkout for the Silent Auction will be in the Auction Room.
- For winning bids in the Silent Auction, all winners will be asked to pay for and claim their items before leaving. Assistance for transporting large items is available if necessary.
