Brittany Kyer took the concept to a new level. “I wanted to find a way help other students”, says Brittany. “I wonder what I can do next” were her words as she left the store. “CISNT is proud to be a part of the Dressed to Learn partnership, it helps to meet a real need for our students. We are excited to see the impact the program is having on the lives of children across the district”, says Gary Henderson, CISNT Executive Director. “It is great to see students like Brittany take the concept and make a difference in their own way.” The Dressed to Learn partnership between the Lewisville ISD Council of PTAs and CISNT was featured in a workshop conducted at the Texas PTA Convention in San Antonio earlier this month. ommunities In Schools of North Texas is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization operating school-based dropout prevention programs since 1994 across North Texas in Denton ISD, Lewisville ISD, Little Elm ISD, and Northwest ISD, bringing community resources to the benefit of students in need.
