Executive
Director: Gary Henderson ghenderson@cisnt.org
Gary Henderson has a BA in Business Administration and Computer Methods from California State University, Long Beach. In 2003, Gary joined CISNT after a 10 year career as a Management Consultant at Price Waterhouse and a 7 year career as a Senior Vice President at Bank of America leading a technology and operations division of over 400 associates across the U.S. and on Grand Cayman with an annual budget of $20 million. He has a strong business background in strategic planning, operational management, budgeting, balanced business scorecard management reporting, financial analysis, succession planning, contingency planning, and leadership development. Gary's bias for growth and passion for helping less fortunate students was a perfect fit for CISNT. Gary serves as a mentor to one of our program participants, which provides him with a unique understanding of our program benefits and the needs of our students.

Program
Director: Brian McCauley brianm@cisnt.org
Brian McCauley has a BS in Criminal Justice, Minor in Sociology. Prior
to joining CISNT's team he worked at Communities In Schools - Dallas as
the Senior Program Services Coordinator, Program Services Coordinator,
and Campus Manager. He has also worked for the Texas Department of Protective
and Regulatory Services, Dallas, as an investigator of Child Abuse Referrals,
and the Dallas Independent School District as a Community/Attendance Liaison,
and a Department of Public Safety Campus Officer.

Director of Finance : Melanie Barry mbarry@cisnt.org
Melanie Barry has served in non-profit management in Denton County
for the past 15 years as Executive Director for Court Appointed Special
Advocates of Denton County, and the Denton County Substance Abuse Coalition.
She was a Program Manager for the Greater Dallas Council on Alcohol and
Drug Abuse, in Denton, and the Director of Marketing and Community Relations
for Christian Community Action. She has successfully written and been
awarded over $8,000,000 in grant funding and raised thousands of dollars
through special event activities.

Director of Information and Technology: John Minh Nguyen mnguyen@cisnt.org
John Minh Nguyen has a BS in Business Administration and a BA in Art & Performance from the University of Texas at Dallas. He came to CISNT from the CIS Program in Dallas, where he served in the same position. John Minh is responsible for training staff on the CISNT Case Management Model as well as the use of the CIS Tracking Management System to ensure correct data capture of services and outcomes into the database that provides CISNT with information regarding the student's progress towards achieving the goals established in their individual case management plan. Aside from his duties as a trainer/database manager, he also provides technical support to all staff, maintains the website, and is responsible for designing and producing all CISNT marketing materials. |

Community Investments Coordinator: Dana Smith, LMSW dsmith@cisnt.org
Dana Smith received her Master’s in Social Work from Baylor University. She previously helped start a non-profit organization in Waco, TX before coming to CISNT to oversee the Even Start grant in Little Elm ISD in 2005. She has experience in counseling, program management and grant writing. Her background enables her to be effective in the community sharing the needs of our programs, across all age groups. Community Investments Coordinator : Courtney Molchan courtneym@cisnt.org
Courtney Molchan earned a B.BA. in Management and a M.S. in Applied Economics from the University of North Texas (UNT). Before joining the CISNT team, she was the Fiscal Administrator for the Consortium for Distance Education in Rehabilitation at the UNT. Additionally, she volunteered at the Children’s Advocacy Center of Denton County (CACDC) working in the Community Development department. Between UNT and CACDC, Courtney effectively funded and managed $1.84 million in both federal and foundation grants within the last four years. |

Mentor Process Manager : Judy Boyce jboyce@cisnt.org
Judy Boyce comes to CISNT after having served as a long time mentor and administrative volunteer for the agency. She holds M.A. in Counseling Psychology with a professional background in contested child custody disputes and adoption investigations. Judy’s strong belief in the promise of children and the power of mentoring make her ideal for training and placing volunteers to work with at-risk youth. |
